5. Forms, Email, and CRM Tools
If you submit a form on our website, your information is transmitted through Zapier, an automation service that routes form submissions to our customer relationship management and email marketing system, ActiveCampaign. We use ActiveCampaign to manage inquiries, follow up with you, and send requested communications.
Zapier acts solely as a conduit to deliver your submission to ActiveCampaign and may briefly process and store the data in the course of doing so. Both Zapier and ActiveCampaign process information on our behalf, subject to their respective privacy and security practices.
We use these tools to organize contacts, respond to messages, and manage communication workflows. We do not use your form submissions for unrelated purposes.
6. Analytics and Cookies
We use Google Analytics and similar tools to understand how visitors use our website and to improve its performance and content.
